"I would like to still be mad because of some of my frustrations, but, your company did make it right and my wife was extremely happy. I am new to the area and had ordered from Carolina Jasmine for Valentine's Day and had perfect service. This time there was no e-mail confirmation (which I received in February) so I had to call to verify that the order was received, then the doll I paid the $10 extra for didn't get delivered. However, when I called to complain the lady made it very difficult for me to stay angry. She was very nice on the phone and made it right by going back and delivering the doll with an extra singing balloon, all of which my wife loved. The flowers were great too. I rate this experience a 3 because of my frustration, but, February got a 5 and you all get a chance to make it up in July when I have a wedding anniversary and wife's birthday. Thanks for your cooperation."
